Shipping Policy

U.S. shipping only. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing and carrier transit are separate; transit begins after dispatch.

Standard U.S. Shipping is $8 for orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more qualify for Complimentary Standard U.S. Shipping. Express U.S. Shipping is $15 at every order total, including $100 or more, and is excluded from complimentary shipping. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Standard transit is an estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch. Express transit is an estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch. Transit estimates apply where supported by the selected carrier and are not delivery guarantees.

Express shipping does not shorten the 1–3 business day processing timeframe. Processing and transit are separate, and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Orders are fulfilled directly by SUBLIMNL from Los Angeles, California. Carriers may include USPS and UPS.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships. For shipping or tracking questions, email info@sublimnl.co and include your order number.

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and available options, including cancellation and a refund where required by applicable law.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within the legally applicable period when no time is stated, we will provide the required delay notice and a choice to consent to the delay or receive a refund for unshipped merchandise.
