Orders are prepared in the order they are received. 1-2 business days to process orders. Drops and limited-run pieces may require additional preparation time, which is noted on the product page when applicable.

Domestic orders ship through USPS.

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show carrier movement. Check the email address used at checkout, including spam folders.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit timelines are outside our control. Reach out with your order number if tracking has not updated for an extended period.

Please review your address carefully before completing checkout. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned to sender. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address; changes are not possible after an order ships.
